Practice Nurse - Symphony Flex / Zero Hours Contract

Are you a Practice Nurse looking for locum shifts / ad hoc hours, working under a 'zero hours' contract?

Symphony are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurses to join Symphony Flex, our in-house locum agency.

We are looking for friendly, supportive Nurses to join our GP teams across Somerset. Symphony have 16 practices from Wincanton down to Dulverton and many towns and villages in between.

Wewelcome applications from experienced practice nurses, newly qualified nurses and other registered nurses keen to transition into primary care on a flexible, zero hours basis.

Main duties of the job

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patient population, including chronic disease management, health promotion, immunisations, wound care, and more.

Person Specification Experience
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
  • At least 1 year recent primary / community nursing experience
  • Compiling protocols and clinical guidelines

Qualifications
  • Registered first level nurse (degree or RNDA route)
  • Clinical supervision training and experience
  • MSc or equivalent (level 7 related study)

£18.64 to £22.76 an hour- hourly rate will be offered based on experience.
