Wills, Tax & Trusts Lawyer - Somerton (Full Time, Hybrid)

A respected Somerset firm is looking to appoint a Wills, Tax & Trusts lawyer to its high-performing private client team in Somerton.

This is a position for a technically strong private client specialist who enjoys working closely with HNW individuals, business owners, and families on complex and often multi-generational matters. The work is broad and intellectually stimulating, covering everything from capital tax planning and trust structuring, through to estate administration and lifetime wealth preservation.

You'll take on an established caseload of high-quality instructions and manage long-standing client relationships. Alongside this, you'll be encouraged to grow your own network - whether that's through close ties with local referrers or supporting the firm's strong regional presence.

• Drafting complex wills and advising on succession planning
• Inheritance tax and capital tax advice
• Trust creation, management, and tax compliance
• Estate and trust administration
• Managing a portfolio of LPAs
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax and private client law
• Playing an active role in business development and referrer relationships
