We’re looking for a Feed Optimisation Specialist to own and evolve our product feed strategy across Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Merchant Centre and other feed‑driven platforms. This is a role for someone who loves the detail but thinks commercially.

You’ll sit at the heart of eCommerce, partnering with Search, Paid Media, Commercial and agency teams to ensure our feeds are accurate, optimised and driving measurable performance across PPC and beyond.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and objectives for product and data feeds, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing goals
  • Manage and optimise feeds across Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Merchant Centre, and other feed‑driven platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with channel requirements
  • Develop, build, and maintain day‑to‑day feed operations, including optimisation, maintenance, and enhancement of product and data feeds
  • Optimise feed attributes (titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, availability, imagery, custom labels) to improve coverage, relevance, and performance
  • Build, implement, and monitor feed rules, logic, and enhancements to support different marketing and commercial use cases
  • Own the feed‑based delivery of promotional activity, working closely with the Marketing team to implement and optimise promotions through Google Merchant Promotions, Microsoft promotions, and other feed‑driven formats
  • Monitor feed health, diagnostics, and disapprovals, proactively resolving issues and improving data quality
  • Design and execute test‑and‑learn experiments within feeds to evaluate the impact of changes on KPIs such as clicks, conversions, and revenue
  • Analyse feed performance and experimentation outcomes, translating data into actionable insights and clear narratives that inform decision‑making across internal teams and agency partners
  • Collaborate closely with internal Search / Paid Media teams and external agency partners to align feed strategy with channel goals
  • Educate and enable internal teams, including content and product teams, on feed best practices to improve data quality and ensure feeds are optimised at source
  • Identify opportunities to improve feed efficiency, automation, and scalability as the business grows
  • Monitor emerging digital trends and platform updates to ensure feeds remain optimised for the evolving search landscape, including AI‑led environments
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong analytical thinker, able to turn complex feed data into clear insights
  • Test‑and‑learn mindset to optimise feed performance and validate improvements
  • Highly detail oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency across feeds and platforms
  • Commercially aware, understanding how feed optimisation drives business performance
  • Skilled in managing and optimising product and data feeds across Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Merchant Centre, and other feed‑driven platforms
