Home Manager – Residential Care Home (Castle Cary)

Salary: £46,000 per annum (£22.11 per hour) |

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Castle Cary. Our service currently holds a Good rating, with Outstanding in Caring, and we are looking for someone who can drive the home towards achieving an Outstanding overall rating at the next inspection.

• Provide strong leadership and management to staff teams.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
• Build on our existing strengths and lead continuous improvement.
• Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals.
• Maintain effective systems for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

• Has proven experience managing a Good-rated care service.

• Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Can inspire and motivate staff to reach their full potential.
• Has a clear understanding of CQC requirements and best practice in care.
