As a 4th Class Power Engineer, you will be responsible for overall operation, maintenance and monitoring of the building automation system (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management System, HVAC system (including chiller and boiler plant), water treatment systems, Fire Alarm Systems, pneumatic tube system, medical gas and other mechanical/electrical systems or equipment.
Your work will include:
- Making rounds in the mechanical rooms and responding to support calls from various departments throughout the hospital
- Rectifying or isolating the problems and ensures continuity of the related operation following IPAC procedures.
- Represent the department to colleagues, hospital staff and the public with a positive and professional attitude.
- Communicate the work status with the client groups via central call center within the time frame given in response time policy.

QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A great attitude!
- 4th Class Power Engineer with either Electrician or HVAC-Refrigeration ticket.
- 3-5+ years' experience in a similar position (hospital or healthcare preferred).
- Knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS), Plant systems (Chiller, boiler, water treatment), fire alarm/safety systems, pneumatic tube and medical gas systems.
- On-call availability for technical support as required.
- A clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector screening is required for this role.
