Landscaping Team Leader

Overview

Right Scapes is an expanding landscaping company based in Yeadon, Leeds. We specialise in domestic landscaping construction and are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual as a team leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar Construction/Landscaping environment, be a competent and efficient worker and have the ability to guide, monitor and lead a team.

As a team leader in this role, your primary responsibilities will include team motivation and a culture of constructive communication to support collaborative goal achievement. You will be tasked with demonstrating adaptability in response to evolving circumstances, meeting deadlines, and efficiently managing time, all while maintaining a consistent high standard of work, whether within the team or working independently. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering exceptional results under various environmental conditions and take immense pride in the quality of their work, regardless of the circumstances.

• Fencing
• Turfing
• Paving
• Walling
• Block Paving
• Decking
• Machine Operation

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the above areas of work.

• Site supervision, including excellent motivation and all-round tidiness.
• Completing daily progress reports & organising workload.
• Awareness of Health and Safety: PPE, manual handling.
• Daily client liaison and communication with the operations management team.
• Supervision of deliveries, materials and orders to site.
• Checking equipment/products daily.

Landscaping or Construction based experience. (Essential - minimum 5 Years).

• UK Drivers license (Essential)
• CSCS Card (Preferred).
