The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting pre-construction activities, and contributing to successful project delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to review drawings, specifications, and project documentation, ensuring all estimates are commercially sound and competitive. The Estimator will also support supplier engagement, pricing analysis, and continuous improvement of estimating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations

• Review drawings, specifications, and project information

• Attend internal handover and project review meetings

• Support supplier research, pricing, and negotiations

• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation

About You

• Previous experience working as an Estimator or in a similar estimating role

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach

• Comfortable working in an office-based construction environment

• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
