FM Painter - Full Time - £17.50 per hour - Company Van Provided

We are currently looking for an experienced FM Painter to join our growing Facilities Management team.

Location:

Bristol & Gloucester areas

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Pay: £17.50 per hour

Benefits:
Brand new company VW Transporter van provided

You will be carrying out planned and reactive painting and decorating works across a range of commercial and residential FM sites. The role involves working independently to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Internal and external painting and decorating
• Surface preparation including filling, sanding, and priming
• Minor making‑good works
• Working in occupied properties and live environments
• Completing jobs safely and to a high‑quality finish
• Looking after company vehicle, tools, and materials

• Proven painting and decorating experience (FM or maintenance preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (required for company van)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and professional

• £17.50 per hour
• 40 hours per week (stable, full‑time role)
• Brand new VW Transporter van
