Greater Manchester - Hybrid PURPOSE-OF-ROLE Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join a dynamic and growing team servicing large commercial clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and retain a portfolio of existing commercial clients Support new-business opportunities in collaboration with executives Ensure compliance with FCA regulations in all broking activities Provide technical insurance advice across all Property and Real Estate business Assist with the placement of premiums up to £800K DAY-TO-DAY Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotes Prepare and present market submissions Maintain accurate client records and documentation Build strong client relationships through professional service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activity Support the team in achieving KPIs and service-level standards EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Real Estate or Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry Strong knowledge of relevant commercial insurance products Experience working in a broker environment SKILLS Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Sound knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Proficient in relevant insurance software and Microsoft Office suite If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on or email us at
