Being a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner is a highly rewarding role that allows you to use your early years expertise to support young children's learning, development, and wellbeing every single day. As a qualified practitioner, you play a vital part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive through play-based learning and meaningful interactions.

Teacher Active are working closely with a number of warm, friendly, and supportive nurseries across South Gloucester who are looking for confident, caring, and reliable Level 3 Nursery Practitioners. In this role, you will use your skills and knowledge to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, contribute to high-quality learning environments, support daily routines, and build strong, positive relationships with children aged 0–5.

You will work collaboratively with other Early Years Educators to ensure every child is supported in line with the EYFS framework.

We’re Looking For

Level 3 Early Years Qualification
6 months experience in a nursery setting
Understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
Real Understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
Whether you’ve worked in childcare, coaching, support work, mentoring, tutoring or youth services — your experience is relevant and valued!
