• Supporting Teachers

• Targeted Support

  Working with students across the SEN spectrum, adapting support methods to individual Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.

• Classroom Management
  :
  Assisting in maintaining a focused and calm atmosphere, supporting behavioural and learning strategies set by the teacher.

• Student Well‑being

  Being a trusted point of contact, assisting with the pastoral care and overall well‑being of the students, especially those facing SEMH difficulties.
