Estimator – Cladding Remediation & External Facades

We’re working with a specialist contractor delivering cladding remediation and external façade projects across the UK, and they’re looking to bring an Estimator into their growing team.

This role will involve pricing remediation and façade packages on a range of projects, working closely with the commercial and delivery teams to produce competitive and accurate tenders.

The role:

* Preparing estimates for cladding remediation and façade works

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

* Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process

What they’re looking for:

* Ideally someone with experience estimating façade, cladding, or external envelope works.

* Alternatively experience in an estimating role within the construction sector

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Ability to interpret drawings and technical information

* Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
