** What You’ll Be Doing
** As a Customer Accounts Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective management of customer accounts, including:
* Conducting risk analysis and setting appropriate customer credit limits
* Managing and collecting accounts receivable to reduce aged debt
* Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Proactively managing all aspects of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC
** What We’re Looking For
*** Experience with in credit control, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting financial data
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
* A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
