Overview
At Larry's Heating and Cooling, we pride ourselves on providing reliable, high-quality HVAC services. With 45 years of experience and a reputation for excellence we are looking to expand our team with a skilled, dependable, and motivated lead HVAC installer who is ready to take charge in the field and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, etc.)
- Lead and train junior technicians.
- Coordinate with project managers and customers on jobs.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Complete required documentation and job reports.
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA certification.
- Valid Driver's license with clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, attics, crawlspaces).
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technology related to HVAC installations.
