We are currently seeking applicants for Operations/Lean Internships responsible for working within Vishay to achieve company goals.

This position is located on-site in Yankton, SD, on the banks of the Missouri River and minutes from Lewis and Clark Lake, where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities.

• Identify, develop, and implement improvements to processes
• Report to management on project progress
• Conduct experimental tests and evaluate results
• Attend meetings and work effectively with other staff members to resolve problems
• Research, analyze, and compile data for reports and create presentations

• Student working toward a 4-year degree in STEM or Business Operations related fields
• Emphasis on Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively with production
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean, Health & Safety, and Quality preferred
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
