Facility:
This well-established medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility offering advanced surgical services across multiple specialties. The facility features a robust perioperative environment with 7 main ORs, 4 additional ORs at an adjacent surgery center, specialized treatment rooms, and a collaborative care team model that supports both routine and complex procedures.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
• Full-time schedule consisting of 3-4 twelve-hour shifts with variable night shift requirements
• Provide anesthesia services across diverse case mix including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular
• Support 7 main operating rooms, 4 surgery center ORs, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 cardiac catheterization lab
• Work within medically supervised care team model
• Perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma cases
• Provide spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Handle obstetrical cases and complex orthopedic procedures
• Manage thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
• Perform pain management techniques including post-operative epidurals and extremity blocks
• Conduct central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
• Provide ventilation management and acute volume/BP issue management
• Must maintain Washington state license or IMLC eligibility
• Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications
• Credentialing timeframe 60-90 days (expedited for clean history)
• All-inclusive rates preferred (travel/lodging included)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
