OverviewAre you ready for the next step in your nursing career? Community Health of Central Washington has an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Clinical Programing & Innovations (DCPI) to oversee the clinical training and competency evaluations of nurses and medical assistants and assist in clinical initiatives that support clinician-oriented, value-based care transitions across CHCW sites.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work with the CMO and DCPI to manage, inform, and implement projects that align strategic priorities related to value-based care transitions with clinical workflow standardization and optimization. In this role, you will establish, train and evaluate role-based competencies, skills checklists and recertification plans tied to program needs and quality/safety standards. You will engage in routine patient care to maintain clinical practice, pilot new clinical initiatives, and create patient access specific to value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required
- WA RN license is required
- BLS is required
- Experience as an RN in a clinical, ambulatory care setting with prior work experience at CHCW is preferred
- Experience in nursing leadership, training, and/or education is preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required - Fall Prevention Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain is required
- Required:
Associates or better in Nursing. - Preferred:
Bachelor's or better in Nursing. - Preferred:
Masters or better in Nursing.
- Required:
2 years RN in clinical, ambulatory care setting. - Preferred: 2 years RN in Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Preferred: 2 years nurse leader, training, or education.

$41.69 - $51.68 hourly
$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA)
