Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional anesthesia care across a diverse range of procedures. This challenging yet rewarding position offers the opportunity to work in a thriving facility supporting a variety of surgical specialties, contributing to patient safety and comfort in a collaborative, medically supervised environment.
Key Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for approximately 40-45 cases daily, supporting multiple operating rooms, and providing care for cases spanning ENT, general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, orthopedic, pediatric, and minimally invasive procedures such as robotic surgeries. The role involves working in a well-equipped facility with a team supporting seven ORs in the main department, four in the surgicenter, as well as treatment rooms and specialized labs.
You will work a consistent day shift, 5 days a week, with 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification/license
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration across multiple surgical specialties
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and emergency response protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented, medically supervised model
Skills:
- Experience supporting pediatric cases and robotic surgeries
- Knowledge of regional anesthesia techniques
- Prior experience in busy surgical centers or hospitals with high case volumes
- Bilingual abilities
Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience in a surgical setting
- Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and diverse case types preferred
- Current CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications
- Ability to work the scheduled day shifts consistently
- Willingness to support a variety of surgical cases, excluding complex vascular, neuro, and head spine surgeries
- Valid licensure and credentials to practice in the state
Hourly Pay Rate: $212.67
