Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Wellness Nurse to join our leadership team. This role involves overseeing resident wellness, managing care programs, and working directly with our Executive Director to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Oversee medication management programs and QA systems.
• Communicate with families, physicians, therapists, hospice providers, and other outside care partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to support resident care and family relationships.

• Active RN license in the State of Washington (in good standing) – Required.
• Management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care – Required.
• Ability to commute to Yakima, WA 98902 – Required.
• Commitment to high standards of resident care and teamwork.

• Pay: $100,000 – $120,000/year (based on experience)
