We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical procedures. This vital role offers an enriching opportunity to support a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver anesthesia services for cases including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, obstetrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries.
• Support surgeries such as cardiac, orthopedic, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic, excluding complex vascular, head spine, or neuro cases.
• Manage an average of 40-45 cases daily, with 3-4 cases per CRNA.
• Operate within a medically supervised, care team model supporting 7 ORs in the main department, 4 ORs at the Surgi-Center, along with GI treatment rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath lab.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of patient care through precision and professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Valid licensure to practice per state regulations.
• Proven experience in diverse anesthesia settings.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a busy surgical schedule and varied case types.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with robotic anesthesia procedures.
• Additional certifications in pediatric or regional anesthesia.
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills.
• Previous experience in similar large-scale surgical facilities.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
• Past experience supporting multiple ORs or diverse case loads.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for day shift, 5 days a week, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
• Ability to travel or relocate if necessary; reimbursements provided when applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all relevant licensure and certification standards.
