Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Make a Difference in Patient Care!
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical procedures. This vital role offers an enriching opportunity to support a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver anesthesia services for cases including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, obstetrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries.
- Support surgeries such as cardiac, orthopedic, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic, excluding complex vascular, head spine, or neuro cases.
- Manage an average of 40-45 cases daily, with 3-4 cases per CRNA.
- Operate within a medically supervised, care team model supporting 7 ORs in the main department, 4 ORs at the Surgi-Center, along with GI treatment rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath lab.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of patient care through precision and professionalism.
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Valid licensure to practice per state regulations.
- Proven experience in diverse anesthesia settings.
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a busy surgical schedule and varied case types.
Skills:
- Experience with robotic anesthesia procedures.
- Additional certifications in pediatric or regional anesthesia.
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills.
- Previous experience in similar large-scale surgical facilities.
Education and Experience:
- Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
- Past experience supporting multiple ORs or diverse case loads.
- Availability for day shift, 5 days a week, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
- Ability to travel or relocate if necessary; reimbursements provided when applicable.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all relevant licensure and certification standards.
