License Practical Nurse, LPN

Join Regency Pacific Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role is essential to quality resident care.

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), ADLs, environmental orientation, and medication or treatment administration while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures within the LPN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
