As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well‑being.

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have 1‑year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Monday‑Friday.
