Multi Care Cancer Institute, part of Multi Care Health System is excited to expand our breast survivorship care program to Yakima, WA
, and we are seeking a full-time provider (1.0 FTE) to support breast cancer patients through post-treatment and long-term survivorship.
This role mirrors our successful Breast Survivorship model already in place in other regions and reflects our continued commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered oncology care throughout Washington State.
Position Highlights1.0 FTE - Full-time role with stable weekday hours
Provide follow-up care, symptom management, and ongoing support for breast cancer survivors
Join a multidisciplinary team including oncology physicians, nurse navigators, and support staff
Help shape the development of the survivorship program in a new region

Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP) with background in oncology or women's health

RequirementsWashington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
