Position: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Dialysis
Dialysis Training Provided!
Full-time position working 3-4 days/week. No Sundays!
$5,000 BONUS now available for new nurse hires in this area.
Hiring based on priority needs for Yakima, Union Gap, Zillah, Sunnyside, and Wapato area. Teammates may work at more than one facility in the area.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in one of our outpatient dialysis centers. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Dialysis experience is NOT required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Work flexible schedules, including opening and closing shifts, rotated Saturdays, and some holidays. Closed on Sundays. Full-time teammates typically work 3-4 days/week, 8-12 hour shifts.
- Provide compassionate, empathetic patient care with a focus on dialysis management.
- Assess patients, troubleshoot issues, and make evidence‑based recommendations in stressful situations.
- Communicate clearly with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Chart patient care in the electronic medical record system.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required; B.S.N. or diploma may be substituted.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Saturdays, and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Outlook).
- Desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way.
- Experience in troubleshooting and critical thinking in high‑stress environments.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, Med‑Surg, or other critical care settings.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Prior chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or home hemodialysis experience.
- Background in clinical education or training.
- Continuity of care and life‑work balance.
