Yakima, WA | Full-Time | Exempt | $95,000–$115,000 DOE

For more than 30 years, La Casa Hogar has been a trusted, community-rooted organization serving Latina families in the Yakima Valley. Through citizenship, adult education, early learning, and civic engagement programs, we support approximately 1,000 families each year and strengthen leadership, cultural pride, and opportunity across our region.

We are seeking a values-driven, experienced Executive Director to guide La Casa Hogar into its next chapter.

SOBRE ESTA OPORTUNIDAD

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and steward of La Casa Hogar’s mission. In partnership with staff and the Board of Directors, the ED provides strategic leadership, ensures financial sustainability, oversees operations and programs, and represents the organization across Central Washington.

This role requires integrity, humility, strong judgment, and a deep commitment to equity and community-centered leadership.

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Guide strategic direction and organizational growth
  • Oversee programs, operations, and staff leadership
  • Ensure financial health and lead fundraising efforts
  • Build and maintain strong community and partner relationships
  • Represent and advocate for the communities we serve
CUALIDADES IMPORTANTES
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong connection to and understanding of Central Washington communities
  • Demonstrated nonprofit leadership experience
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Fundraising and development experience
  • Experience supervising and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
