Salary & Compensation: $50,000 base salary + commission based on achieved performance metrics
About the Role: Atlas Staffing is seeking a driven, people‑focused Recruiter to join our team. This is a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven role that blends recruiting, sales, and customer success. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates—advocating for people, delivering results, and creating long‑term workforce solutions.

- Source, interview, and place candidates across a variety of industries and roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent using job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
- Advocate for candidates by understanding their goals, skills, and career aspirations
- Guide candidates through onboarding and support them as they transition into new roles
- Serve as a coach and ally to associates throughout their assignments
- Partner closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, timelines, and workplace culture
- Communicate regularly with clients to deliver timely, effective staffing solutions
- Present high‑quality candidates who meet client requirements and performance expectations
- Manage multiple job orders while meeting fill deadlines and service standards
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support account growth and retention
- Represent Atlas Staffing at job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities
- Build Atlas Staffing’s presence in the local market through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Uphold Atlas Staffing’s values in every interaction with candidates, clients, and teammates
- Meet or exceed recruiting metrics related to placements, fill ratios, retention, and responsiveness
- Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant (I-9, E-Verify, WOTC, ACA, etc.)
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in applicant tracking and staffing systems
- Support safety initiatives by reinforcing client‑specific requirements with associates
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in‑person)
- Sales‑minded and relationship‑driven with a passion for helping people succeed
- Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred (but not required)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
- Confident decision‑maker with strong follow‑through
- Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
