POSITION SUMMARY – LICSW / LSWAIC Social Worker

Social Work generalist. Management of a case load of 15-18 patients (may flex higher/lower based on complexity and length of shift). Psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, competency assessments, mental health evaluations, suicide risk assessments and safety planning.

LICSW, LASW, LSWAIC, LSWAA, or LICSW-P - licensed in WA; 2+ years acute care as a Social Worker Case Manager in a hospital setting;
Travel experience

WA LICSW;
Experience with these social drivers of health: cultural diversity/bilingual care engagement, homeless, substance use disorder, poverty

13 weeks
