Are you a skilled CRNA seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in diverse surgical settings? Join our team and become an integral part of providing high-quality anesthesia care across a multifaceted hospital environment. This position offers a challenging and fulfilling role supporting a variety of cases, with excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Skills:
- Active state RN and CRNA licensure with valid certification
- Proficiency in administering anesthesia for ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries (no neuro or complex vascular cases)
- Ability to manage an average of 3-4 cases per day within a team-based, supervised care model
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of anesthesia practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to different surgical procedures and settings
Skills:
- Experience with pediatric anesthesia and robotic procedures
- Familiarity with Medically Supervised, Care Team models supporting multiple ORs
- Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
Education and Experience:
- Master's or higher degree in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience within a hospital environment
- Prior experience in surgical or outpatient settings is advantageous
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift from 07:00 to 19:00, five days a week
- Willingness to accommodate travel-related reimbursements where applicable
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with all licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements
