Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Are you a skilled CRNA seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in diverse surgical settings? This position offers a challenging and fulfilling role supporting a variety of cases, with excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Required Skills:
  • Active state RN and CRNA licensure with valid certification
  • Proficiency in administering anesthesia for ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries (no neuro or complex vascular cases)
  • Ability to manage an average of 3-4 cases per day within a team-based, supervised care model
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of anesthesia practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to different surgical procedures and settings
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric anesthesia and robotic procedures
  • Familiarity with Medically Supervised, Care Team models supporting multiple ORs
  • Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's or higher degree in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience within a hospital environment
  • Prior experience in surgical or outpatient settings is advantageous
Other Requirements:
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Ability to work a 12-hour day shift from 07:00 to 19:00, five days a week
  • Willingness to accommodate travel-related reimbursements where applicable
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements
