Certified Nursing Assistant Home Care Aide

Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

Support residents with hands‑on care rooted in dignity and choice.

Help residents stay healthy, comfortable, and connected.

• Provide ADL support and companionship

• Monitor and report changes; accurate documentation

• Follow infection control and emergency procedures

• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families

• Compassion and strong communication

• Sound judgment in dynamic situations

• Team‑oriented; receptive to coaching

• Assisted living, memory care, or home care experience

• Healthcare/hospitality/customer service roles

• At least 18 years of age

• Current CNA or HCA license

• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
