Salary: $33.55–$45.60/hr + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Role Highlights- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize trauma-informed, culturally responsive care approaches
- Support clients with coping skills, recovery goals, and stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation (HIPAA/WAC)
- Participate in trainings, supervision, and clinical meetings
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Family Therapy
- Active WA license: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LMSW, or MHP (per WAC)
- Experience in mental/behavioral health required
- Knowledge of substance use disorders, ASAM criteria preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills
