Salary:
Annual minimum $48,000 – maximum $72,000. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Prorated based on hours per week.

About PNWUPacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit medical institution founded in 2005, dedicated to increasing access to health care in medically underserved areas of the Pacific Northwest. The university offers degrees in Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Arts in Medical Science, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
It enrolls over 550 students annually and plans to develop additional programs. Through interprofessional education partnerships, another 100 students join the student community. PNWU employs about 300 staff across a five‑state region.
The Regional Site Administrator (RSA) supports the clinical education department for osteopathic medical students within an assigned geographic region. The RSA collaborates with the Regional Assistant Dean, clinical preceptors, rotation site coordinators, and the Clinical Education Department to ensure a successful and organized educational experience for PNWU students. The RSA serves as the primary administrative liaison between the University and clinical sites, facilitating onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and evaluation processes.
The RSA also acts as the primary liaison for students, addressing issues and coordinating rotation preparation to support each student in achieving their learning objectives.
- Develop and manage student clinical rotation schedules that align with curriculum and graduation requirements; maintain the schedules in eValue and assist with updates.
- Facilitate timely and accurate communication and coordination with students, preceptors, and institutional coordinators via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage comprehensive student onboarding and credentialing processes, including collecting, verifying, and submitting all required documentation to meet the specific requirements of PNWU and participating sites.
- Recruit and maintain strong relationships with medical providers who serve as student preceptors, recognizing their contributions and resolving any issues.
- Track and monitor completion of required documentation such as preceptor evaluations, COMAT exams, didactic attendance, and time‑off requests.
- Manage COMAT testing dates and proctor the exams for all core rotations (except PCC and Selective).
- Collaborate in weekly meetings and didactics to optimize workflow processes and support enhanced student outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience (or)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related administrative, project management, or academic support field, preferably in healthcare administration, public health, higher education, or medical education.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence and report writing.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and experience using learning management systems (e.g., SharePoint, eValue) or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, in compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
