Requirements License as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in Washington State Board eligibility or board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesia Prescription authority licensure in State and the DEAAbout Yakima Memorial Hospital Multi Care Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950. This 226-bed, not-for-profit hospital features a multispecialty team across 20+ primary and specialty care locations, providing cardiac care, cancer care, pediatric trauma care, hospice and advanced care for children with special health needs.
