Base compensation is based on years of experience (YOE) per 1.0 FTE. 0 Years: $560,600; 1+ Years: $652,200, plus clinical production incentive.

Multi Care's premier Comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center seeks a Radiation Oncologist to join a strong and well-established program. Work within a growing, multi-disciplinary team including radiation oncologists, medical oncologists and advanced practice providers. Radiation Oncologist responsibilities include contributing to a growing cancer treatment program within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high patient satisfaction and quality outcomes, and collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical oncologists and advanced practice providers.

• Board Eligibility/Certification in Radiation Oncology
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency
• Licensure in Washington State at time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $ - $ USD. Pay is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant s years of experience align.
