- 7 pm - 7 am 12-hour night shifts
- 8-14 admissions per night between 2 nocturnists
- 4-10 patients per shift
- Up to 25 shifts per month split between two providers
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
