DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options for either full-time or part-time availability depending on your needs.

As our full- or part-time HVAC Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the friendly voice customers hear first and the vital link between them and our technicians. Your day will fly by as you answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch technicians to the right place at the right time. You’ll use your multitasking skills to manage call logs, update schedules, and ensure that no detail slips through the cracks.

All the while, you’ll be delivering a top-notch customer experience that reflects the values Therm All is known for. It’s a fast‑paced role that requires focus, flexibility, and a genuine love for helping others.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • 1 year of CSR experience
  • Service Titan experience
