Location and SchedulePart‑time, Non‑Exempt, Regular hours.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with travel needs (answering inquiries, baggage, ticketing, checking‑in passengers, and boarding flights).
- Work outdoors in all types of weather while performing below‑wing functions (transporting baggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, push‑backs, de‑icing).
- Perform aircraft grooming and security searches.
- Assist with boarding and gate duties, including announcing, processing standby, and upgrade requests.
- Process and secure guest luggage; file and maintain luggage claims.
- Load and offload luggage and cargo using conveyor belts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license issued by a US state, territory, or DC.
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for long periods; ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp.
- Basic mathematics proficiency.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel.
- Possess USPS Mail Handling Certification or airport security clearance if required.
- English language communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 1 year of customer service or community service experience.
