Overview
Summary:
We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist who deeply understands Tik Tok Shop content from the inside — not just theory.
This role is for someone who has:
- personally created Tik Tok Shop or affiliate content
- coached creators who have generated meaningful views / GMV
- and has since moved into strategy, breakdowns, and creator enablement

What You’ll Do- Break down top-performing Tik Tok Shop videos (hooks, pacing, angles, proof, CTAs)
- Explain why videos went viral and how creators can adapt the logic (not copy)
- Create short, clear creative briefs for affiliates and creators
- Translate brand goals into creator-friendly guidance
- Provide strategic feedback at all levels — beginners to top performers
- This is not a posting or outreach role.
- This is thinking, analysis, and creative direction.
- Have real experience with Tik Tok Shop (affiliate, creator, strategist, or coach)
- Understand GMV-driven content, not just “viral videos”
- Can clearly explain what makes content convert
- Are strong at video analysis and pattern recognition
- Know how to give feedback without overwhelming creators
- Can balance brand rules with creator creativity
- Built creator toolkits, hook libraries, or video breakdowns
- Coached creators or affiliates directly
- Worked with multiple e-commerce brands
- Agency-side role working across multiple e-commerce brands
- Ongoing collaboration (not a one-off project)
- Remote
- Flexible structure (retainer or project-based, depending on fit)
- A short note on your background with Tik Tok Shop
- 1–2 examples of videos you’d break down (and why)
- Any experience coaching creators or building creative strategy
- We’re looking for someone who sees patterns before metrics confirm them and can explain creativity in a way creators actually understand.
