Do you light up when you help someone find exactly what they need? Are you the person who follows through, remembers the details, and makes every interaction feel personal?
Melody Lane Dance Music & Drama Academy is looking for a
Customer Experience and Enrollment Coordinator — the warm, organized, people-first person who is often the very first connection a family has with our studio.
About Melody LaneWe are a performing arts studio where dance, music, and drama teach children more than technique — they teach confidence, responsibility, and community. At Melody Lane, families don't just enroll in classes. They become part of something bigger.
Our mission:
Empowering Kids, Enriching Families, Shaping Tomorrow.
This role is the bridge between a family's first question and their first class. You will:
- Respond to all new inquiries — phone, email, and walk-in — with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and lead studio tours with prospective families
- Follow up with leads consistently until they enroll or clearly opt out
- Handle all current family communications, keeping our community informed and supported
- Keep enrollment data accurate and up to date in our systems (Enrollio and Jackrabbit)
- Update class pricing and scheduling information on our website
- Provide administrative and calendar support to keep operations running smoothly
Once trained, you will operate with a high level of independence. This is not a role where someone checks in on you every hour — it's a role where you own your responsibilities and take pride in doing them well.
You Are a Great Fit If You...- Are genuinely energized by connecting with people — not just good at it, but actually love it
- Have a background in customer service, front desk, retail, fitness, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role
- Have experience working with families or children in any setting
- Follow through on everything — families and teammates can count on you
- Pick up new software quickly (we use Enrollio, Jackrabbit, Google Workspace — training provided)
- Can work Monday–Thursday evenings consistently — this is a firm requirement
- Need constant direction or check-ins to stay on task
- Find phone and email communication draining rather than energizing
- Have a pattern of short-term jobs without a clear reason
- Are looking for a role with no evening availability requirement
- Part-time — up to 25 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday evenings (in-person, at the studio)
- Hours vary seasonally during studio breaks
- $19–$25 per hour based on experience
- Opportunities for pay increases and bonuses
- Mandatory attendance at 4 performance events per year
We are more than a studio — we are a community. Our team members are valued, supported, and part of something meaningful. You will not be a number here. You will be the person who helps families find their home at Melody Lane.
