Office Administrator/ Coordinator
About the Position
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome visitors and greet people who visit the business.
- Coordinate front‑desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Transfer calls quickly and accurately.
- Responsible for petty cash reconciliation, processing daily deposit and opening and distributing incoming mail.
- Have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role.
- Multitask and manage stress while streamlining office operations.
- Ensure front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- 1–2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Communicate effectively.
- Proven history working in a busy and stressful environment handling multiple tasks on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, excellent organizational skills, multtasking and time‑management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude is essential.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes salary from $21.00 to $25.65 per hour.
