Responsibilities
Provide case management services to program participants. Assist participants in identifying and addressing human and social service needs; make referrals to community resources; document activities in case record; monitor visits and exchanges with parents and children referred by local courts; escort child to and from visit/exchange area; observe and document adult‑child interactions; ensure visitor center operations, check in/out participants, monitor behaviors;
maintain and clean facility; perform routine clerical support; answer calls; perform miscellaneous tasks to ensure ongoing unit operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field, completed core coursework; 18 months experience in social services; valid Ohio driver’s license. Alternately, Bachelor’s degree plus internship at Family and Children First Visitation Center. 12‑month probationary period. Licensure/certification not substituted.
Work ConditionsPart‑time, 50 hours bi‑weekly. Core hours coverage Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Predictable and regular attendance required. Rotating shifts, evenings, days off, weekends, holidays. Travel may be required. Physical demands: stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, repetitive motions; 20‑pound occasional force; 10‑pound frequent force; negligible constant force.
