Job Summary:The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing intermediate-level maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the organization's facilities. This role involves conducting preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with more complex maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, rebuild, repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and valves.
- Maintain air compressor, air tools, locate and repair air leaks.
- Troubleshoot electric motor starters, contractors, relays, limit switches, fuses, and be comfortable with 480V 3phase, 277V AC, 110V DC, 24
Vac and DC. - Preventative maintenance and inspection to identify potential problems and issues.
- Install, repair copper, and PVC plumbing.
- Inspect and maintain building lighting, and electrical systems.
- Inspect and maintain lift trucks, and be able to operate lift trucks in safe manner.
- Using basic shop tools including but not limited to circular saws, band saws, drills, grinders, impact wrench, welder, multi meter and able to read a tape measure.
- Reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Maintaining all records of the repair and maintenance works conducted in a facility.
- Reporting all defects and damages to the maintenance manager.
- Be knowledgeable of safety standards and procedures of working.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and repair techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in various positions (e.g., standing, kneeling, bending).
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and outdoor weather conditions.
- Facility environment with exposure to various areas of the building, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor spaces.
- Interaction with employees, supervisors, and contractors.

Full Time – Work hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
