Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewGeneral merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
