Welder

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join our team for a long-term industrial project located in either Xenia, Ohio or Batavia, Ohio
. The Pipe Welder will be responsible for executing high-quality TIG and SMAW welds on carbon and stainless steel piping in large-scale industrial environments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the structural integrity and efficiency of industrial process systems.

To perform precision pipe welding on stainless steel and carbon steel materials using TIG and stick welding processes according to blueprints, codes, and project specifications.

• TIG (GTAW) and SMAW welding equipment
• Welding rods and filler metals
• Angle grinders and cutting tools
• Pipe stands and clamps
• Measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, levels)
• 2" to 6" Stainless Steel Pipe
• Weld fittings, couplings, elbows, and flanges

• Perform stainless steel and carbon steel pipe welding using TIG and stick welding processes.
• Pass weld tests including: 6" CS SMAW Pipe Test, 4" CS GTAW Pipe Test, 2" SS GTAW Pipe Test.
• Interpret blueprints and follow project specifications to complete accurate and efficient welds.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct inspections on completed welds to ensure quality and structural soundness.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Work a standard day shift schedule (Monday–Friday), with occasional Saturday work as needed.
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
