Schedule:
Monday – Friday. Non‑Exempt.
- Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing, and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs; administering employee benefits and payroll; and answering employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assists in handling employee relations issues, compensation, benefits, and retention.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience working in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred.
