As the Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for managing a million‑plus dollar‑a‑year restaurant, building business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales, and Cost Controls.

• Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.

• Direct, control, and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to guests efficiently and friendly.
• Inventory management.

• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
