We are seeking energetic, friendly, customer‑focused, self‑motivated individuals to join our sales team and act as the community experts on fiber internet. The Direct Sales Associate is a hands‑on, in‑the‑field role that involves door‑knocking, presenting our offering, and representing the Fast Bridge brand. In‑house training, tools and support are provided to help you master your pitch and convert residents in our serviceable areas to customers.

- Engage with prospective customers face‑to‑face, including canvassing (door‑to‑door) using a consultative sales strategy; hang door hangers and distribute marketing materials.
- Participate in local community events, pop‑up events, guerrilla marketing tactics, and marketing programs to drive awareness of Fast Bridge and grow our customer base.
- Act as a proud advocate of the company and exude the Fast Bridge brand.
- Explain the differences between Fast Bridge Fiber and the competition.
- Follow up with activated customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for the team; this also generates referrals.
- Be proactive in following up on all leads.
- Monitor competition in your area to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
Non‑Launch Week
:
Business as usual – the majority of your schedule. Monday through Friday: 10:00 am–6:30 pm EST.
Launch Week
:
Exciting! We are launching in a new area. Monday through Thursday: 11:00 am–7:30 pm EST. Friday: 12:00 pm–5:00 pm EST. Saturday: 10:00 am–1:00 pm EST.
- No sales experience required but must be highly motivated to earn money and have a great attitude.
- Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven commitment to excellent customer service values.
- Ability to work well in both team and independent environments.
- Superior time‑management skills to hit sales targets within specific periods.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; event participation is required.
- Neat personal appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while meeting and talking to potential customers.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass a criminal background check.
