Environmental Sales Director

Overview

The Environmental Sales Manager / Sales Coordinator supports revenue growth through sales and coordination of waste management services
, including waste transportation, drums, bulk waste, and field services
. This role works closely with customers and internal teams while supporting revenue review, forecasting, and budget planning
.

Oversee sales team's efforts towards environmental services including waste disposal, transportation, drum programs, bulk waste, and field services

Manage and grow customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities

Prepare pricing, proposals, and service agreements

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and field service teams to ensure accurate service delivery

Review sales performance, support revenue forecasting, and participate in budget review

Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer data

Support customer retention and service expansion efforts

5+ years of experience in environmental services, waste management, industrial services, or related sales

• 2+ years in management role

Knowledge of waste streams, transportation, drums, and bulk waste services

Experience with revenue tracking, forecasting, or budget support

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred

Familiarity with environmental and transportation regulations (EPA, DOT)

Experience working with field service or industrial operations
