About Us:

Andrea Folino Boutique & Sangria Bar is the newest concept from the MAF Hospitality brand featuring the beloved sangrias of Folino Estate, as well as a curated boutique designed to create seasonal capsule collections for our guests. We offer a memorable place to mix and sip a sangria while shopping with our stylists. We are creating memorable experiences that build long‑lasting relationships with all guests and staff.

• Passionate about styling clients and building sales, confident in communication, and eager to be the host of the party! Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy with a culture of delivering exceptional service, while ensuring all of our guests feel welcomed.
• Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet the needs of the business; flexible and/or consistent scheduling may be available.
• Comfortable preparing and serving snacks, food items, and alcoholic drinks consistent with the business' standards

• Connect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needs
• Assist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belonging
• Drive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe options
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading guests to stop drinking or arranging transportation for intoxicated guests
• Effectively utilize the point of sale system and capture customer information
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by Management
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management
• Support sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as needed

1-2 years experience in Retail (preferred)

Must be 21 years of age or older

RAMP certified (also offered through company)
