This is a full-time, on-site Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) position located in Wyomissing, PA. The CRNP will provide high-quality care to patients, including conducting comprehensive medical assessments, diagnosing and managing conditions associated with perimenopause and menopause, and developing tailored treatment plans with a focus on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) while incorporating both natural and traditional treatment approaches. Duties also include prescribing medications, providing patient education on treatment options, documenting patient records accurately, and collaborating closely with the care team to deliver exceptional patient-focused outcomes.
Qualifications- Licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in Pennsylvania
- Experience in women's health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or related fields
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and provide compassionate patient care
- Commitment to learning and implementing integrative medicine practices
- Attention to detail and familiarity with medical documentation software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
- Certification or training in hormone replacement therapy is a plus
