• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, including directing and assigning tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, and addressing concerns and issues
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that the highest level of care is provided to each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on rehabilitation and long‑term care preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
